First day in Brighton

This Wednesday we woke up early to go on a three day adventure. I was a bit sleepy, but the weather was perfect.

After overground and underground trains we ended up in Victoria station where we had breakfast.

Then we took a train down south.

Train views.

And ended up here.

In Brighton!

It was a pretty perfect day.

And Brighton was very, very picturesque.

First thing we did was having a coffee and a walk along the beach.

I really do miss the seaside when living in London.

Our hotel was on the other side of the beach so we had to walk pass all this prettiness to get there.

Everywhere you looked was a postcard view.

Brighton Pier.

Another postcard.

After we'd left our bags at our hotel we went exploring Brighton.

First off was the Royal Pavilion, George IV's summer house.

Then we walked through all the little alleys that looked like something out of Harry Potter.

In the afternoon we checked in at our Hotel. This was our view.

And this was our street.

I found a pink wall perfect for a afternoon selfie. Result's here.

When we got hungry we headed to a restaurant close to our hotel called Ginger Dog.

The food was nice but maybe not worth the money, quite expensive as it was.

After dinner we went down to the beach to be amazed by the sunset.

Then we went for a few beers at a bar called Black Dove, before crashing in bed.
And that was our first Brighton day.
