The second part of the social media and digital marketing course that I'm taking is to write an essay. Since I've had so much to do lately I didn't start writing until yesterday (oh who am I kidding, I wouldn't have started earlier anyway) and the deadline is on Sunday. I would have consider that plenty of time if it wasn't for the fact that Peter's mum and brother are coming tomorrow, so I need to finish before that. That doesn't stop me from taking breaks to paint and to admire the pink lilies in the living room though.

Shitty, pretty stairwells studio space
Today I bought a small 1960's kitchen table for the stairwells so I don't have to paint sitting in the shape of a cheese doodle on the floor!

All money on art supplies, no money for food
Since I enjoyed the brush on glazes at the ceramics course so much I decided to buy some acrylics to try out painting. But then when I went to the supermarket afterwards, to buy some bread and milk and pasta, I didn't have enough money to pay for it. The myth about the poor artist seems to be very true. At least painting was both fun and relaxing, sitting on the floor in the stairwells, listening to Dorisburg.
